The Story behind Ding-Bag
It's 10 PM the night before my much anticipated surf to trip to Costa
Rica! I begun to pack my surfboards and realized that I forgot to make time
for the dreaded bubble wrap job! My flight left at 6 AM. Like most of you, I
always seem to wait until the last minute to get packing the boards. So I proceed
to pull out the flat sheets of bubble wrap and duct tape. Oh no, where is the
duct tape! I jump in the truck and head down to the local drug store in search
of duct tape. Will they even have any? Of course not, they are out! All they
have is packing tape. I make due and start to wrap my boards. A half hour later
I get to the long board. Wait, who is going to help me? At 11 PM, no one! The
clock is ticking but I finally get my boards wrapped and than stored in their
travel bags. However in my mad rush the wrapping job looks like a Monkey did
it. At that point I was feeling uneasy about it because who knows if airport
security will make me unwrap it. Just to do it all over again! On top of that
I will have to store it during my surf trip for the flight back home. Aren't
surf trips supposed to be fun? Of course they are!

That is why I came up with the idea of the "Ding Bag" after that trip. Not a complicated idea but a simple, efficient and money saving one. After my trip, I searched repeatedly for a product I had in mind. With no luck I decided I would have to manufacture it myself. After numerous hours of research I finally came up with a relatively in-expensive and easy way to pack surf boards. Just slide them in (better with no wax) and pack them in your bags. Off you go in no time! With an all around hassle free effort!
So if you’re a procrastinator
like I am. These will fit right into your surf lifestyle.
